VisualARQ

VisualARQ is a fully-integrated Rhino plug-in that adds architectural features to Rhino 3D.

Using the accessible and intuitive Rhino interface, VisualARQ provides tools for architects, planners, and interior designers that facilitate the architectural design process and its documentation, the creation of virtual architecture models using Rhino render options, and the connection with other architecture software.

VisualARQ adds parametric 3D architectural objects like walls, columns, doors, windows, and stairs that are suitable for both 3D modeling and 2D documentation.

A good alternative to BIM 11/6/2011 by 'bijan' from bijan
Although it lacks some important factors as a BIM but it brings the main functions into rhino.I have done 2 projects with Rhino+VisArq and comparing to Revit Architecture it was faster and more intuitive.

Cant wait for end product 1/19/2009 by 'R. Howard' from R. Howard
Have been using this for 24 hours and it shows great potential. I am a student of archetecture and a long time Rhino user so a great plugin for me. Definitely a beta with occasional crashes and obviousl missing elements but with good feedback this should be a very neat end product.

Could be great 2/20/2009 by 'howard' from howard
This really improves the ease of sketching structures in Rhino. Some of the features do not work in the beta.. parametric editing of walls, floor manager.. or maybe I haven't figured it out yet.

Welcome News 7/21/2008 by 'Sylvanus Quist' from Sylvanus Quist
I have not got the chance to use the software but from the literature and video demonstrations, I will say this a big relief to architects who enjoy using rhino. Keep improving it
